Exchange and Return Policy

If the order was placed online, you have the right to notify us, by email, that you want to cancel the order, at, without any penalties. Products that are not made-to-measure can be returned without specifying the reason in term of 1 to 30 days since the shipment was completed.

If you want to change the product with another one on a different size, you have to contact us at, and tell us the new details of your order. The money will return into your bank account in 1 to 30 days, excepting the shipment price for the return, which is not included in the exchange.

Our made-to-measure philosophy

Madala is a brand that offers also made to measure women’s apparel.

“Made to measure” items are recommended in order to offer our clients the highest level of quality in fabrics and tailoring, based on the measurements you provide us with.

When placing an order with Madala, you are asked to provide us with your measurements. We encourage customers to send us as many personal measurements and specifications as possible, for the orders to be made as precisely as possible and ensure a perfect fit.

Returns & exchanges

Based on our made-to-measure philosophy, no return is accepted and no refund is made on any order that we have created based on the measurements you have previously provided us with.

We do not offer an exchange service since we do not have ready-made designs that can be shipped in exchange.

We only accept returns if a garment was NOT made according to the customer’s specified measurements. In that case, the garment can be returned and a refund will be reverted, minus the shipping cost.

If the customer needs further minor adjustments made by our team, we offer this service free of charge, excluding the shipping cost (back and forth), which will be covered by the customer.

We understand that the colors as they appear on your computer screen may slightly be different from how they are in reality. In this case, we highly recommend you to order the color swatches (free shipping) to help you decide.

Once we receive your item(s) we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 30 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of the return shipping.

Online orders placement

Placing online orders implies specifying the products you want to order and paying the whole value of your shopping cart online, with a credit card or through PayPal.

When you pay with your bank card it is necessary to fill in a form with the complete requested information specified on your card, on the secure page of the payment processor.

 - Credit/debit card payments issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are carried out through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the organizations that ensure on-line transactions at the same level of security as those carried out at the ATM or in physical environment, at the merchant.

 - "3-D Secure" first of all ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at no time, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, these data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

Cancelling a transaction

If you decide to cancel a transaction, you have to know that your money will return to your bank account in 1 to 30 days, depending on the emitter’s policy.

The shipment of your package


Delivery on Romanian territory is free of charge. The delivery in Romania is made by the fast courier service “GLS” in 24 to 48 hours, depending on the courier’s working schedule, since the date of dispatch.

Delivery abroad is made by the fast courier services “TNT Express”, or DHL or EMS Data Post and the time of delivery is usually between 1 and 3 days, in some cases 5 days (depending on the courier company’s working schedule or of the customs where duty is implied) since the dispatch of the parcel. The cost of delivery outside Romania is established based on the geographical address of dispatch. You may check the transport costs by searching the country of destination in the table below. Additional costs representing possible customs fees or commissions in the countries where customs clearance is implied, will be covered by the customer. 

LATISSE DESIGN SRL company undertakes no liability for delays due to unfavorable weather conditions or other causes.

The client will receive by e-mail a notification about the dispatch of the order together with an AWB tracking number.

Our products are shipped worldwide via GLS (in Europe), TNT and DHL (worldwide). The shipping lasts between 1 and 3 working days plus customs if necessary.

Shipping cost is added in the checkout and is calculated automatically, depending on the country of destination.

The products will be carefully packaged and shipped in cardboard boxes and special shipping packaging.

The shipment will be made to the address you specified in your account details and in the order form. Since all the orders are shipped between 8 am and 5 pm, please specify an address to which it can be shipped during this time period.

All the parcels include invoices.

Orders placed by 10 am local time will be delivered on the same day (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). Orders placed after 10 am local time will be delivered the following business day.

If you would like to change your delivery time, please request it by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are unavailable to receive your order in the arranged location on the same day, we will contact you and attempt to redeliver. If we are unable to redeliver, the order will be returned to the boutique and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

If you want to cancel the order, you will have a 1-2 hours window for cancellations, which means that you will have to send us an e-mail in 1-2 hours after placing the order with this request. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return it.

Security of client related information

When the client registers his account on the website the customer agrees with the related Terms and Conditions. The customer may choose to receive or not advertising material from our company.

Personal data as well as the other information requested in the order form entered by the buyer will only be used by our company for processing the orders, forwarding advertising materials by request and also for confirming orders, their status and delivery of such. The personal character data will be used for no other purposes, according to Law no.677/2001 concerning the safety of personal character data.
